  This building, now known as Hitchcock, was built in 1928. The building was designed by Maurice B.
		Biscoe of Boston, and was the third and final home of the
		Amherst chapter of the Alpha Delta Phi fraternity (King, 157). It followed the first
		Alpha Delta Phi Building of 1874 and the second of 1889.
