Garman House / Beta Theta Pi II

The second Beta Theta Pi house replaced its
predecessor in 1916, on the same site at the corner of Boltwood Avenue and Route 9. Like six other fraternity houses at Amherst, it was designed by Allen Cox of Boston (King, 157). Since 1984, it has been known as Garman House.
